At the beginning of the new year 2024, Hong Kong Chu Hai College (HKCHC) welcomed its first major sports event in 2024, "RSCP Badminton Tournament 2023", organized by the Recreation and Sports Club for Hong Kong Professionals Bodies ("RSCP"), was held at the College's Gymnasium on January 6, 2024 (Saturday).

This year marks and coincides with the 10th anniversary of the establishment of RSCP; it is an honor for the event to be hosted by Hong Kong Chu Hai College for the first time, having previously been held at the Hong Kong Sports Institute.

Around 100 players from seven different Professional bodies, including the Hong Kong Bar Association, the Hong Kong Dental Association, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, The Hong Kong Medical Association, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Law Society of Hong Kong gathered at the college's sports hall to participate in the competition. These participants are all professionals who are knowledgeable and highly respected in society. After rounds of competition in the morning and afternoon, the champion finally went to the Hong Kong Medical Association. The first and second Runner-ups were won by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Law Society of Hong Kong, respectively.
