On 2 December 2024, Hong Kong Chu Hai College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ISC-Paris Business School, thereby formalizing the intentions of both institutions to collaborate on mutually beneficial initiatives in business education, such as:
Founded in 1963, ISC Paris is one of the top private universities in France and was ranked 101+ in the 2021 QS rankings. The school is renowned for equipping business students with high-quality management skills necessary to excel in a global business environment. ISC holds prestigious international accreditations from AACSB, AMBA, and EFMD, underscoring its high academic standards and international reputation.
The signing of this MoU is a significant achievement made possible through the active support of our College leadership and the diligent efforts of our colleagues in the Faculty of Business (FoB). Since 2023, FoB colleagues have actively engaged and communicated with ISC’s senior management in the earnest pursuit of collaboration while showcasing our College’s strengths in business education. These efforts facilitated our reaching a cooperation agreement within a short period of time and laid the groundwork for a long-term partnership.
Both parties highly value the signing of this MoU. The ISC delegation included President Dr. Jean Christophe HAUGUEL, Vice President Mr. Christophe BROSSARD, Research and DBA Director Dr. Nabil GHANTOUS, International Cooperation Director Ms. Maëlle KERVAREC, and Project Development Officer for Asia and the Middle East Mr. WASSIM. Hong Kong Chu Hai College was represented by Interim President Ms. Jane ZHANG, Academic Vice President Prof. Robert LI, Head and Director of Development Mr. Yilin XIE, Dean of Faculty of Business Prof. Jack ZHANG, and Representative of the International Affairs Office Dr. Frank SAUNDERS JR.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone for our College, signaling the start of our DBA program and in turn filling a gap in our postgraduate offerings. The successful launch of our College’s DBA dual degree program will be the first international collaboration project of its kind among private tertiary education institutions in Hong Kong, further enhancing our College’s local and international standing.
