Dragon Dance in Spring Festival is the Chinese culture, as “Dragon” symbolizes auspiciousness in tradition. Thus, dancing the dragon during the Lunar New Year is an important Chinese cultural tradition, which means praying for good weather, abundant harvest, peace and prosperity in the coming year.

To celebrate this significant festival and promote traditional customs, the Student Affairs Office will organize the Golden Dragon and Lion Dance Performance on 11 February 2025. Staff and students are welcome to wear red clothes to welcome the Year of the Snake together.

To share our joy and gratitude in this special occasion, staff and students who pre-register for the event via the above QR Code will be able to redeem ONE special CNY Lucky Bag for free. Each participant can only redeem once on first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
